Full job description
The role
We’re looking for a thoughtful and thorough Supporter Care Administrator to join our Help chapter and play a vital role in ensuring our supporters and the public have a positive experience with us. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries and complaints, working diligently to resolve issues and provide clear, helpful information.
What you’ll do
- Respond to supporter and public enquiries and resolving complaints with efficiency and empathy.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to streamline supporter care processes.
- Manage database entries for supporter donations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain clear and organised records, adhering to established procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our supporter care services.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer care environment, ideally within the charity sector
- Strong communication skills, both via phone and email
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- A dedication to delivering value to both internal and external customers.
- Strong digital skills and a sound understanding of agile values & principles.
- A criminal record check / DBS disclosure (if offered the position).
