Job Summary

The Personal Assistant will support the brand’s development, marketing efforts, and social media presence. This role may require travel as needed to support events, collaborations, and industry engagements.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Calendar and diary management
  • Document review and editing
  • Responding to email queries
  • Researching and liaising with potential partners, influencers, and collaborators

Social Media & Marketing:

  • Managing and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Developing content strategies, goal setting, and audience engagement plans
  • Building brand awareness and maintaining a strong online reputation
  • Creating and scheduling engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Content management, including website and app updates

Events & Brand Growth:

  • Coordinating and assisting with events, pop-ups, and collaborations
  • Ideally (but not required), experience liaising with vendors, brands, and industry contacts
  • Supporting PR initiatives and brand partnerships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • A portfolio showcasing social media pages you have grown/worked on
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Familiar with social media trends, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Experience in event coordination is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Willing to travel when required for brand activities and events
