About The Team
PENN Entertainment is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer to support the marketing and social initiatives across our digital products – ESPN BET, theScore, and Hollywood Casino. In this role, you will create compelling design assets for promotions, product marketing, and brand identity. This hands-on position involves stakeholder collaboration across marketing, UX, and product teams. We seek a smart, humble, and deep-thinking designer eager to make an impact and grow.
This position requires regular weekend work and follows a Thursday through Monday schedule.
About The Work
- Create and customize design assets for product, social media, display, CRM, paid, and partner marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Design team to develop 360-degree creative campaigns across digital and broadcast mediums.
- Communicate project status and deadlines to Graphic Design Managers to meet personal and department goals.
- Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all design assets.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, brand guidelines, and marketing needs.
- Interpret creative briefs and conceptualize visuals based on campaign requirements.
- Stay updated on design trends in storytelling, sports, sportsbook, and casino marketing.
- Attend team and department meetings.
- Perform other creative duties as assigned.
This is a weekend role with a required schedule from Thursday to Monday.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge/experience.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in graphic design (digital media preferred).
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign, After Effects).
- Knowledge of other Adobe CS programs is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including color, layout, typography, and hierarchy.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Advanced writing skills with strong vocabulary and excellent grammar.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing graphic design case studies and process insights.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for graphic design.
- Enthusiasm for sports, sports betting, and casino gaming.
- Nice to have: Rive knowledge.
