Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our databases and systems.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a secure and confidential manner
- Input data from various sources into the computer system
- Transcribe information into required electronic format
- Check completed work for accuracy and make any required changes
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Requirements
- Proficient in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
- Familiarity with databases and data collection methods
- Strong organizational skills to manage large amounts of data efficiently
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is a plus
