Department Summary
The Production Department processes information submitted by communities into usable data points about residents. This person-centered data drives engagement and provides invaluable insight that improves residents’ quality of life. The Production Department utilizes best practices of data cleaning, mining and quality assurance to ensure only high confidence data is available for use by end users.
Contract Summary
The Account Editor verifies mined data points are accurately placed in resident profiles and ensures all Quality of Life metrics are represented in line with the resident’s intentions. The Account Editor is responsible for ensuring all person-centered data created is ready for use within Minerva and all corresponding TSOLife tools.

Key Responsibilities
➢ Cross checks data mining of written or verbal interviews is uploaded accurately into profiles, or stories, as assigned.
➢ Logs accurate time for each ticket.
➢ Maintains turnaround times standards:
➢ Audio ticket turnaround max 3 hour per audio hour.
➢ Paper ticket turnaround max 0.5 hours per profile upload.
➢ Maintains <5 quality errors in tickets noted per month.
➢ Maintains adherence to TSOLife person-centered data entry standards and formatting guidelines
➢ Follows all Production Department established processes and procedures
➢ Participates in Weekly Editor Meeting and assigned training sessions
➢ Adheres to all applicable laws and regulations related to Protected Health Information
Requirements:
➢ Perfect English Grammar
➢ Exceptional attention to detail
➢ Ability to focus and perform time-based tasks
➢ Self-Directed
➢ Able to work Independently and collaborate in a remote work environment
➢ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex issues
➢ Basic professional communication skills, written and verbal
➢ Excellent typing skills
➢ Moderate to high comfort with technology including messaging, video conferencing, workflow, and database tools
