As a Data Administrator, you will be essential in maintaining accurate and organized data within systems. Your core responsibilities will include data entry, transcription, and typing, ensuring information is correctly logged and easily accessible. Your proficiency in databases and ERP systems will enhance our operational efficiency. Additionally, your relevant skills in Microsoft Excel, clerical tasks, and research data collection will support our administrative functions.
What You Will Do:
- Verifying the most current version of various data elements using standard methods of research, such as the internet and telephone
- Making required phone calls to targets for informational updates
- Applying newly verified data elements to core database records
- Assurance that new data elements are not duplications of existing core data elements
- Accurate enumeration of newly applied data elements to the core database records
- Removal of incorrect data elements and database records from core databases
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of proven experience is preferred
- Ability to learn quickly and problem solving skills
- Proficent in Mircosoft Suites
- Highly organized, attention to detail and focus on quality
- Ability to troubleshoot
