Job Description:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely product delivery.
- Analyze material requirements and inventory levels to optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve production issues.
- Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and enforce best practices for production planning and scheduling.
- Prepare and present production metric reports to management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Resource Management and Project Planning skills.
- Experience in the Food and Beverages industry.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
