What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
- At least 2 years of customer support experience.
- Proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese) is a plus!
