What You’ll Do:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
  • At least 2 years of customer support experience.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese) is a plus!
