What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Deliver outstanding service, making every customer feel valued.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
  • At least 2 years of customer support experience.
  • Fluency in an additional language (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Chinese, or Portuguese) is a plus.

Job Details
