Job Summary

The ideal candidate will engage with existing and prospect customers via Instagram DM, we will provide a learning pack to help with Frequently asked questions. You will be able to escalate questions when needed and offer discount codes to encourage sales.

  • Experience Length : 1 year
  • Working Hours : Rotating Schedule

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
  • Provide information about products, services, and order tracking.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support. Record and report customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service etiquette is required.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Must be patient and responsive.
  • Must be on hand to respond to customer messages quickly for 2-4 hours daily. You can choose evening or weekend shifts for flexibility.
