JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life through fresh, inspiring visuals across digital and print media. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, admissions, operations, and academic teams to design engaging content that speaks to our international student audience. Your work will help drive our global campaigns, social media, event promotions, and brand storytelling.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital (social media, web, email, digital ads) and print (brochures, flyers, posters, event materials).
- Maintain and evolve the brand identity of our group of educational brands across all materials while exploring new, innovative visual approaches.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate them into compelling designs with both visual impact and user experience in mind.
- Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts tailored for different cultural audiences.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Support web and landing page design projects with an understanding of UX/UI principles, including information hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Support photo and video content development, including occasional editing.
- Stay current with design trends, UX best practices, and education marketing strategies.
- Ensure all creative work is optimized for each platform and aligned with ILSC’s visual standards and messaging.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (experience in education or international markets is a plus).
- A portfolio showcasing a strong sense of visual storytelling, brand identity, digital layout skills, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and digital design best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Comfortable working within established brand guidelines — and knowing when to creatively push them.
- A positive, can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for education, global citizenship, and multicultural communities.
