Key Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Remote (within the UK)
  • Salary: £25,250 per annum
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 8am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday

Responsibilities

  • Listen to customer requirements and present solutions
  • Convert rental enquiries to bookings
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for bookings, queries, and administrative tasks
  • Communicate company values to customers

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Strong PC skills and technical aptitude
  • Prior call center experience is preferred but not essential
