About Us
Smile Digital Health simplifies healthcare data collection and exchange through our advanced FHIR-based platform. Our solutions empower organizations to manage and utilize structured healthcare data, enhancing care delivery and improving patient outcomes every day.
Primary Functions
- Shape project approach, scope, milestones, and solution design from the start.
- Develop solutions by writing code, creating components, and building modules to meet project needs.
- Write maintainable code, unit tests, and documentation.
- Participate in client meetings as required.
- Stay aware of priorities, deadlines, and backlogs to support the team in completing tasks.
- Understand functionality to provide effective team support.
- Engage in in-depth code reviews, pair-programming, and collaborative problem analysis.
- Contribute to corporate technical processes, architecture, and strategy in monthly Technology meetings.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and confidentiality policies.
Prerequisites
- 4+ years of Front End development experience with Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for Front End issues.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience with Java/Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with Slack, Google technologies, Figma, Jira, Git, Postman, Microsoft Azure, Jasmine/Karma/Jest, REST APIs, and Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards such as HL7 and FHIR is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and networking is an asset.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum processes.
