Job Summary

As the Customer Service Officer, you are mainly responsible for answering customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Good communication skills are required to quickly respond to and effectively resolve various customer needs and complaints.

  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, respond to emails, and handle online chats.
  • Answer basic customer questions and provide information about related products or services.
  • Record and track customer issues and ensure they are resolved within the specified time.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support staff when necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school or college degree.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, such as using email and customer management systems.
