Lead Call Specialist (Telesales Specialist)
Job Description:
- We are looking for a qualified and articulate Lead Call Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by engaging potential clients over the phone, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Advance the Sales Funnel: Move prospects from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Expand Customer Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Research & Provide Recommendations: Analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions based on in-depth market research.
- Make At Least 50 Calls Daily: Consistently contact potential clients to promote our products/services and meet conversion targets.
- Work with International Clients: Engage and convert leads, particularly in markets such as the UK, US.
- Track and Report Metrics: Use CRM and dialer tools to manage contacts and track performance against KPIs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent English Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse clients.
- Proven Telesales/Telemarketing Experience: 3-5+ years of experience making high-volume calls and closing sales over the phone.
- Lead Conversion Success: Strong track record of converting cold leads into long-term clients, including handling objections and rejections.
- Experience with International Clients: Demonstrated success working with clients across different time zones and cultures, especially the UK and US.
- CRM & Dialer Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mojo Dialer, or equivalent platforms.
- Resilience & Motivation: Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability & Flexibility: Willing to work flexible hours across various time zones and maintain consistent availability.
