Job Opportunities
- Customer Service Representative: Address customer inquiries about coverage, rates, billing issues, and policy reviews while offering additional products.
- Inbound Sales Representative: Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance coverage through benefits selling (no cold calling).
- Claims Customer Service Representative: Support customers after accidents by setting up new claims and offering additional products with empathy.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience or post-secondary education.
- For Sales roles: A valid Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain it during training).
- Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are encouraged to apply for additional compensation opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour based on the role, plus:
- Up to 16% annual Gainshare cash incentive based on company performance.
- Additional $1/hour for bilingual roles.
- 10% extra pay for evening or weekend shifts.

Work-from-Home Requirements

Training & Schedule
- Training begins in May or June 2025.
- Full-time schedules include a mix of weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours post-training.
