The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking Remote Contact Center Representatives to join its dynamic inbound ministry team at The 700 Club Prayer Center. These positions offer an opportunity to combine professional customer service skills with a passion for prayer and ministry, all from the comfort of your home. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
Job Overview
As a Remote Contact Center Representative, you will:
- Connect with existing and prospective CBN partners.
- Minister through prayer using accepted biblical doctrine.
- Share information about CBN and its affiliated ministries.
- Encourage financial support.
Work Hours
- Contact Center Hours: 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. EST (5:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. CST).
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week with full benefits, including health insurance and a 75% tuition discount at Regent University.
- Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week with benefits such as vacation leave, sick leave, and 401(k) participation.
Compensation
- English Representatives: $15/hour.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Representatives are also sought.
Remote Requirements
To qualify for this remote position, candidates must:
- Have reliable high-speed internet access (minimum 50Mbps; no satellite or DSL).
- Use a router to hardwire into computer equipment provided by CBN.
- Maintain a distraction-free home office environment.
Qualifications
Successful candidates should possess:
- At least one year of experience in customer service or as a contact center agent.
- Strong knowledge of the Bible and the ability to pray concise, Scripture-based prayers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish preferred).
- Strong reading comprehension skills and the ability to sound authentic while reading scripts.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Windows-based systems, web browsers, meeting tools, and email programs.
- The ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes.
- A self-motivated attitude with strong punctuality and attendance records.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
