Job Description:
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
- Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, and company policies.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Utilize IT tools to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Adhere to company service standards and contribute to improving customer experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of OND degree in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in a local language is an added advantage.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for customer interaction and data management.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision while ensuring productivity.
- Must own a functional laptop for effective job performance.
