Role Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as B2B Support Specialists (HCF Agents). This role goes beyond traditional call center duties—you will act as a frontline account manager for our most valuable business clients: healthcare facilities (HCFs). Your primary responsibilities include resolving client issues, preventing churn, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Issue Resolution: Serve as the main support contact for HCFs, addressing inquiries via phone and email with urgency and precision.
  • Retention & Churn Prevention: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before escalation to retain clients effectively.
  • Real-Time Problem Solving: Manage at least 30 calls and 15 email tickets daily, focusing on providing genuine solutions rather than quick fixes.
  • Independent Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Operate autonomously while thriving in a dynamic startup setting.
