Amplifi Outreach is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that helps businesses optimize operations with cutting-edge software solutions. We’re seeking a results-driven Remote Cold Caller to connect with potential clients, introduce our product, and schedule high-quality sales appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to qualified leads using HubSpot CRM and Dialpad (preferred but not required).
- Engage prospects, identify pain points, and position our software as the ideal solution.
- Schedule sales appointments by securing commitments from decision-makers.
- Follow up via phone, email, and HubSpot sequences to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate lead records within HubSpot CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for call volume, appointment bookings, and conversions.
- Improve sales scripts and objection-handling strategies based on feedback.
Requirements:
✅ 1+ years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
✅ Experience using HubSpot CRM for lead management.
✅ Strong communication skills—confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly.
✅ Resilient and persistent—comfortable handling rejection.
✅ Ability to engage professionally with business owners, executives, and decision-makers.
✅ Strong organizational skills for managing multiple leads and follow-ups.
✅ Familiarity with Dialpad or similar VoIP/dialer software is a plus but not required.
