Position Purpose:

Brand Besties is growing fast, and we’re looking for a hyper-organized, detail-obsessed Project Assistant to keep our projects moving smoothly. You will become the air traffic controller of backend processes across accounts, talent, tech and marketing.

This is not a client-facing role, more the glue behind the scenes in helping our team work their magic. 

Resposibilities :

  • Draft service agreements and client-facing docs
  • Build job descriptions and staffing folders for events
  • Post jobs on our internal platform plus others
  • Support scheduling, timelines, and resource organization
  • Create and maintain project folders in Google Drive and Monday.com
  • Communicate with internal team to keep projects on track
