PureHealth Mold Inspections is a fast-growing, health-focused company providing specialized mold inspections to hypersensitive individuals across the United States. As we expand our national footprint, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and compassionate Remote Administrative & Client Support Specialist to join our team and help us maintain a high level of client care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to client emails with professionalism and empathy
  • Schedule inspections, manage calendars, and support logistics for our traveling inspectors
  • Provide exceptional client communication before and after inspections
  • Organize digital files, documents, and reports
  • Handle data entry and maintain CRM records accurately
  • Assist with inbox and voicemail management for the founders
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally organized and attentive to details
  • Confident and caring communicator—both over the phone and via email
  • Comfortable with technology (Google Workspace, CRM systems, scheduling tools)

  • Previous admin, customer service, or virtual assistant experience preferred
  • Available during business hours in U.S. time zones (some flexibility possible)
