Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Cold Calls: Make outbound calls to prospects using the Orum dialer, introducing the company’s products and services and generating interest.
  • Qualify Leads & Set Appointments: Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and set appointments for the sales team. Present key information to ensure prospects understand the value proposition.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the pipeline by tracking interactions, following up with leads, and moving them through the sales process.
  • Top of Funnel Growth: Play a key role in growing the top of the sales funnel, generating a consistent flow of qualified leads.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled and the lead handoff process is seamless.
  • Positive Interaction: Maintain a positive, motivated, and personable approach with prospects, ensuring a great first impression.
