Job Overview
The main purpose of the Data Entry Administrator role is to carry out administrative duties for customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry, maintaining customer records, and preparing reports as required. The role will involve working closely with the Administration Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Data Entry Administrator will be responsible for:
- Setting up customer accounts on 3rd party systems/portals to ensure access to customer data in a timely manner
- Setting up customer physical meters on the system
- Acquiring utility data (e.g. HH Data, ECOES, Calorific Values), invoices, and credits from 3rd parties
- Entering utility data, invoices, and credits onto the system
- Auditing utility invoices and credits for approval to be paid by the customer
- Preparing utility data (e.g. HH data, ECOES, Calorific Values) for upload onto the system
- Preparing and updating invoice and audit reports as required
- Appointing meter Data Aggregators and Data Collectors as required
- Preparing, sending, and updating records of monthly contract termination requests to relevant suppliers
- Preparing evidence packs for site closures
- Preparing ad hoc reports as necessary
- Maintaining accurate and complete customer records, both electronically and physical copies (e.g. LOA’s, copy contracts)
- Creating and updating methods of work/procedures for all job tasks

- The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and experience in data entry
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
