Job Description:

Plan International is hiring a Communications Intern to assist in executing the organization’s communication and social media strategies. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn), supporting publication efforts, and contributing to media relations to drive advocacy initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications, Multi-media Design, Communication, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in communications, media, or design.
  • Proven expertise in creative design solutions with experience using Adobe CS software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Fireworks).
  • Experience working with Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), refugees, and vulnerable populations.
